India has more than 80 days fuel reserves: Hardeep Singh Puri

At the India Energy Week 2027 curtain raiser in Kolkata, the Union Petroleum Minister said India holds more than 80 days of storage capacity, and that its energy security rests on far more than the strategic petroleum reserve alone.

He framed India's energy security as resting on a wider base than the strategic petroleum reserve, pointing to growth in refining capacity, import terminals and other storage infrastructure.
