Shri Pradip Kumar Das: Shri Pradip Kumar Das, is Chairman & Managing Director of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds PGDBM from Xavier Institute of Management. Prior to joining IREDA, he was Director (Finance) in India Tourism Development Corporation Limited.

Shri Das has also worked with Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC), Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Nuclear Power Corporation Ltd (NPCL), Bharat Heavy Plate and Vessels Ltd (BHPV), Kusum Products Ltd. and other organisations. In his career span of 33 years, he has vast experience in various positions in Finance, Banking, Reporting, Compliances, Audit, Resource Mobilization & Treasury, Loan & Recovery, Disinvestment / Divestment etc. both in public as well as private sectors.

He is distinguished Member to high-level committees constituted by Govt. of India Bodies and Industry associations for various strategic decisions. He is also the Vice Chairman of Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE).
