All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa obtained from an Indian Mission or Post abroad. To attend India Energy Week 2023, all registered international attendees will need to apply for a Business Visa.

The Indian Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has issued ‘Guidelines for International Arrivals’ in context of COVID-19. Please note, this information is correct at the time of publishing and is subject to change as per the latest government guidelines. All registered attendees are requested to check the latest travel guideline before planning their travel.

• All travelers should preferably be fully vaccinated as per the approved primary schedule of vaccination against COVID-19 in their country.
• Additional requirements apply to passengers and all attendees flying and transiting from China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Republic of Korea, Thailand and Japan. These include:
  1) Submit complete and factual information in self-declaration form on the online Air Suvidha
  2) Upload a negative RT-PCR reporton the Air Suvidha portal. The test should have been conducted within 72 hours prior to undertaking the journey. Please carry a physical/printed version of the negative RT-PCR report as well.
  3) Travelers flying directly into the state of Karnataka kindly read the latest guidelines before planning your travel.
• A sub-section (2% of the total passengers in all incoming international flights) shall undergo random post arrival testing at the airport on arrival, irrespective of port of departure. These travelers will submit the samples and shall be allowed to leave airport thereafter. If these passengers are found to be symptomatic or tested positive, shall be managed as per laid down standard protocol.
• All travelers should self-monitor their health post arrival also shall report to their nearest health facility or call National helpline number (1075) in case they have any symptoms suggestive of COVID-19
