Frederic previously held key roles at ANDRITZ, including President of ANDRITZ Hydro USA and Senior Vice President of Service & Rehabilitation, where he spearheaded performance improvements and business expansion. Before joining ANDRITZ in 2013, Frederic built a strong foundation at Alstom, leading geothermal power initiatives and managing complex manufacturing operations across France, Mexico, the UK, and Spain.
