Moly Kromah has more than 20 years of industry experience with BP as an oil and gas professional. In her career, she has worked in Trinidad, UK, Egypt in both operated and non-operated businesses. She has been in India for more than 5 years initially supporting the development of gas fields off the East Coast of India . Her technical and leadership experiences across the upstream value chain has led to becoming the Head of bp TSI, the engineering and subsurface pillar of the bp Pune business and technology center. She is a senior leader who has developed and executed long term strategies for gas businesses and has delivered modernisation and transformation plans to improve ways of working.
Moly is a reservoir engineer by background with a MSc in Petroleum Engineering.
She is passionate and enthusiastic about the direction that the industry is taking and looks forward to working towards a continued bright future for the energy industry.
