He works across utilities, metals & mining, transportation, and infrastructure clients, driving strategic transformation, performance improvement, digital & analytics-led operations, supply chain/logistics optimization, and organizational design.

He is known for taking a broad, dispassionate view of client situations—diagnosing root issues, aligning strategy with execution, and helping organizations build internal capabilities to sustain change.
In his Digital & AI transformation work, he has guided clients through implementing advanced analytics, real-time operational dashboards, predictive/performance modelling, process digitization, and platform implementations. His engagements often include upstream diagnostics (data, process, organization) and downstream deployment (change management, scaling) so that technology investments translate into business value.
Nishant combines deep sectoral expertise with rigorous problem-solving, working cross-functionally across leadership, operations, supply chain, and technology teams to ensure that transformation programs are both ambitious and grounded in deliverable outcomes.
