Ravindra Kumar is currently working as Joint Director (Marketing), Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell (PPAC), an attached office of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. He is responsible for overseeing Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) data Analysis, management and associated in various Oil & Gas sector studies. 

Mr. Kumar is a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical Institute (HBTI), Kanpur. He possesses more than a decade (13+ years) of uninterrupted experience in Oil & Gas energy sector with key divers’ roles and responsibilities during previous tenure.

He is a very avid reader, writer and passionate poet, recently encouraged by Hon’ble Minister of State Tourism & Petroleum, Government of India.
