Sanchit Makhija is a Partner in Kearney’s Energy & Process Industries practice with more than 13 years of consulting experience. He holds an MBA from FMS Delhi.
Over his career, Sanchit has led high-impact work across the renewables value chain: developing green business models, scaling up RE-capex projects, crafting hydrogen strategies and business builds, implementing smart networks and non-revenue water reduction, and strengthening O&M performance for renewable assets. He has worked with utilities and power generation clients, helping them navigate both operational and strategic challenges in the clean energy transition.
In addition, Sanchit has participated in initiatives examining hydrogen import pathway competitiveness, cost modelling, and techno-economic analysis of electrolyzer deployment. For example, in a joint study with Uniper and Kearney, his work explored green hydrogen import pathways, competitiveness scenarios and the sensitivity of hydrogen cost to electricity and renewable energy inputs.
