Suraj Rangashayi is the Global Business Head for Energy. He leads engineering and digital service capabilities to deliver transformative value to the energy industry. He is passionate about developing exceptional services and solutions that provide substantial value as a strategic partner to leading global companies in the field.
Suraj has nearly three decades of experience spanning oil and gas operations, management consulting, and digital solutions & services. Before joining Quest Global, Suraj led global business development at Schlumberger’s Digital & Integration organization, working with Microsoft to jointly launch a transformative Industry-standard Azure Cloud Data Platform for the Energy industry.
He started his career in Oil & Gas operations working with Schlumberger as a field engineer on its international staff. After completing his MBA, he went to work with a strategy consulting firm, Marakon Associates, as a management consultant developing strategies to achieve top quartile shareholder value for its clients.
Suraj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
