Vivek Dua is a Partner at Kearney and a core member of the firm’s Oil & Gas practice, bringing over 24 years of experience across management consulting and industry. He works with leading oil & gas, metals and mining, and utilities organizations across geographies, advising senior leadership on growth strategy, organizational transformation, change management, and operational excellence.

Vivek has deep expertise in the upstream oil and gas sector and works closely with government and ministry stakeholders on issues of high strategic importance to India’s energy landscape. His work spans some of the most complex and capital-intensive challenges in the sector.

His core focus is on capital excellence projects across sectors and works with clients to help them deliver large-scale capex projects effectively through appropriate organizational design, processes, project controls, and contracting strategies to deliver maximum value.

Vivek is an engineer with B.E from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from ISB.
