Sh. Prince Dhawan, Executive Director, is an IAS officer (AGMUT, 2012) with Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering and ICT from IIT Delhi and Masters in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School. He has served across three state and union territory governments, earning national and state awards for e-governance and technology-driven public service in Arunachal Pradesh. Before joining REC, he has held assignments of Special Commr, GST and Spl. Secy Finance in Govt of Delhi.
