Smt. Swetha Ravi Kumar is the Executive Director of FSR Global, with extensive experience leading multi-stakeholder and multi-country initiatives on energy regulation, market integration, and energy transition. She has played a key role in developing strategic knowledge products on Cross-Border Electricity Trade, Smart Grids, Resource Adequacy, and Energy Access, and currently leads FSR Global’s role as Knowledge Partner to the India Energy Stack initiative of the Ministry of Power (with REC Limited as the nodal agency). Through her leadership at a global regulatory centre of excellence, she combines technical depth with strategic stakeholder engagement, supporting policy design, implementation frameworks, and high-level dialogues aligned with India’s clean energy transition and global priorities, including the EU–India Clean Energy and Climate Partnership (CECP).
