India Energy Week 2026 will take place at the ONGC – Advanced Training Institute near Betul in South Goa.
The venue is approximately 60 minutes from Dabolim International Airport (GOI) in South Goa, 2 hours minutes from Mopa International Airport (GOX) in North Goa, and 4 hours 30 minutes hours from Hubli Airport in Karnataka, ensuring multiple travel options for both domestic and international visitors.
All foreign nationals traveling to India are required to carry a valid international travel document, such as a passport, along with a valid visa issued by an Indian Mission or Post abroad.
This is mandatory for entry into the country. To attend India Energy Week 2026, all registered international participants must apply for a Conference Visa.
Demand for hotels is high for India Energy Week, however Goa a offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit different budgets and preferences. Whilst hotels close to the venue are limited, other locations such as Margao and Panjim have availability, from recent checks.
Margao: ~40 minutes travel time to the venue
Panjim: ~1 hour 30 minutes travel time to the venue

All vehicles heading to the ONGC Advanced Training Institute must use National Highway 66, with parking at the designated Car Park Area. Shuttle buses will run from the car park to the venue all day.
Shuttle Buses from key hotels in Goa, including Margao and Panjim, will operate based on delegate occupancy, with schedules shared closer to the event.
