A session will focus on India’s shift to a cloud-based NDR 2.0, detailing its enhanced features, advanced analytics capabilities, and AI/ML integration to create a scalable, secure and future-ready national data infrastructure. Overall, the session will outline a roadmap for future NDRs that will benefit the global community through partnerships and collaboration, beyond traditional practices.

DGH: Exploration Prospect Maturation Process

The EPMP session will focus on evaluating the effectiveness of India’s current Exploration Prospect Maturation Process and benchmarking it against international practices and will provide a forum for operators, service providers, and experts to share experiences, review gaps, and deliberate on ways to improve the efficiency of prospect maturation.

  • Exploratory Drilling trends: Wildcat drilling trends (past 5 years), success ratios, and influencing factors.
  • EPMP Effectiveness: Current processes, quality control and assurance practices, and international standards.
  • Technology & Tools: Global best practices in subsurface imaging and evaluation tools; identify adoption gaps and challenges in India.
  • Workforce Capability Development: Existing skill gaps, impact on efficiency, and strategies for training and industry-academia collaboration.
  • Policy and Institution support: Suggest policy, data, and institutional interventions required from DGH and the Government for effective EPMP adoption.
