India Energy Week 2027 · 28–31 January 2027 · New Town Convention Centre, Kolkata

The IEW 2027 Technical Conference invites abstracts from engineers, researchers and energy professionals across the value chain. We welcome original, evidence-based submissions presenting new technical results, case studies or innovations.

All abstracts are reviewed by the IEW 2027 Technical Committee. Shortlisted authors will be invited to submit a full technical paper and presentation.

Submission deadline: 30 September 2026

Full paper and presentation submission : 15 November 2026

Terms and conditions

• By submitting, I confirm this abstract is original, unpublished work, not concurrently under review elsewhere; that all named authors contributed and all co-authors have consented; and that any prior related publication has been disclosed above.

• I confirm I hold all necessary organizational, institutional, client and partner approvals; that the content is free of confidential, proprietary or classified information; and that it infringes no third-party intellectual property. I warrant that the data and results presented are accurate and not misleading.

• If shortlisted, I will submit a full technical paper and presentation by the stated deadlines and present in person at IEW 2027, or nominate a suitable substitute in advance. Failure to present may result in withdrawal from the proceedings.

• Review by the IEW 2027 Technical Committee and its decision are final; submission does not guarantee acceptance, and the organisers may reject or withdraw any submission at their discretion.

• I grant FIPI a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish, reproduce and distribute my abstract, paper, presentation and biography in conference proceedings, media and promotional materials, and to photograph, record and broadcast my session.

• I indemnify the organizers against any claim arising from my submission or presentation, and consent to my data being processed for conference purposes under their privacy policy (FIPI - Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry | www.fipi.org.in)
