Henrik Inadomi was appointed head of New Energies in April 2024 after serving as interim since November 2023. He joined the executive management team in August 2021 as EVP Legal & Safeguarding. The Norwegian has extensive experience in petroleum and energy law and projects. Before joining Aker Solutions, Inadomi was SVP Corporate Support and General Counsel in Kvaerner, managing the legal and compliance function and supporting business development, tenders, projects, and other strategic and operational tasks. Inadomi’s experience includes general counsel and company secretary in Qatar Aluminium Limited and legal counsel in Norsk Hydro. He graduated from the University of Oslo in 2001, holds a PhD in law, and a LL.M. in international economic and business law from the Kyushu University, Japan.
