Zoisa is the CEO of three arms of the Octopus Energy Group; Octopus Energy Generation, Octopus Energy for Business, and Octopus Electroverse. As one of the early members of the team, Zoisa has personally supported the growth of the Octopus Group for 7 years as it has become the fastest growing and now largest energy retailer in the UK, now supplying more than 7m household customers in the UK.

Zoisa leads Octopus Energy Generation (OE Gen) which is on a mission to create an abundance of cheap, green energy for consumers around the world. Currently, Octopus Energy Generation manages a 3.2GW portfolio of renewable energy projects (including wind, solar and offshore wind) representing £7bn ($9bn) of investment across 20 countries.

Octopus Energy for Business works with companies to provide future-proof energy services, supplying them with 100% renewable and fairly priced power. Since launching in 2018, Zoisa's team has accrued almost 100,000 customers, from SMEs to large organisations such as Arsenal FC. Her team also created the Octopus Electroverse, the world's first consolidated network of charge point providers that allows users to charge their EVs at over 950,000 charges across 54 countries with all costs appearing on a single bill.

At Octopus, Zoisa is also a Trustee of the Octopus Energy Equality Foundation and Younity, Octopus Energy’s community energy joint venture with Midcounties Coop. Prior to Octopus Energy, Zoisa was the UK CEO of the Dutch Utility, Eneco B.V. Here, Zoisa helped grow the UK’s renewable asset portfolio which consisted of more than 250MW of wind and solar projects, including a direct wire project with Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd. Eneco UK also supplied blue chip companies such as Mars, Unilever, Heineken and AkzoNobel.
