India Energy Week 2026 will take place at the ONGC – Advanced Training Institute near Betul in South Goa.

All vehicles travelling to India Energy Week must use National Highway 66 and proceed to the designated India Energy Week car park. Complimentary shuttle buses will operate throughout the day between the car park and the venue. Parking within the venue is limited to authorised vehicles only, and access will be granted only to cars with the approved vehicle passes.
Directions to the India Energy Week Car Park:
All foreign nationals traveling to India are required to carry a valid international travel document, such as a passport, along with a valid visa issued by an Indian Mission or Post abroad.
This is mandatory for entry into the country. To attend India Energy Week 2026, all registered international participants must apply for a Conference Visa.
Demand for hotels is high for India Energy Week, however Goa a offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit different budgets and preferences. Whilst hotels close to the venue are limited, other locations such as Margao and Panjim have availability, from recent checks.
Margao: ~40 minutes travel time to the venue
Panjim: ~1 hour 30 minutes travel time to the venue

Goa is served by three nearby airports, offering multiple options for both domestic and international travellers.
Dabolim International Airport (GOI) - South Goa ~60 minutes to the venue
MOPA International Airport (GOX) - North Goa~2 hours 15 minutes to the venue
Hubli Airport (HBX) - Karnataka ~4 hours 30 minutes to the venue
